I’m Jesse Altamarino — owner, lead craftsman, and the person you’ll be working with from the first conversation to the final walk-through. When you hire Radiant Builders, you’re hiring me.

It means I tell you the truth even when it’s uncomfortable. It means I’d rather walk away from a job than cut a corner that costs you down the road. It means my word is binding, whether there’s a written contract in front of us or not.
My credo is Colossians 3:23: “And whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as to the Lord, and not unto men.”

I’m not a typical contractor. I hold four degrees:
- MBA in Financial Management
- BBA in Finance
- Bachelor’s in Psychology
- Bachelor’s in Theology

Because when I’m sitting across from you talking budget, timelines, and design — I understand the numbers, I understand the structure, and I understand what you actually need versus what a salesman would talk you into.
